Senate Engineering Company’s Survey Department Employee Profiles

Terry R. Siefers, P.L.S.          Survey Department Manager

As a Survey Department Manager at Senate Engineering Company, Mr. Siefers is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all aspects of the Surveying Department.  He is responsible for the preparation of proposals for future survey projects and the management of time and cost estimates for existing projects.  Mr. Siefers is a third generation Professional Land Surveyor with 35 years experience in the public and private sectors.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Society Land Surveyors and is currently President of the Southwest Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors. 

Steve J. Morgante                Senior Surveyor

As a surveyor at Senate Engineering Company, Mr. Morgante is responsible for most of the projects that are processed through the survey department, including boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, and topographic surveys. He also is responsible for engineering land survey work.  He has 25 years of experience in many aspects of the surveying profession.  He also has 20 years of experience in working with AutoCAD to produce boundary and engineering survey drawings.  He is an experienced land description writer and courthouse researcher. He is also an experienced survey project manager.  Mr. Morgante is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors and serves as the Secretary of the Southwest Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors.

Amy L. Reisinger                  Survey/CADD Technician

As a Survey/CADD Technician, Ms. Reisinger is responsible for production of design and detail drawings using a computer aided design, drafting work station and engineering design software.  Ms. Resinger’s background includes design and drafting of commercial and residential development, roads, buildings, recreation facilities, and site engineering. Ms. Reisinger is a graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute with an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology. She also has completed a Dale Carnegie Leadership Training Course.

Tim D. Horgan                        Field Surveyor/Party Chief

As a Surveyor at Senate Engineering Company, Mr. Horgan is responsible for surveys of all types, keeping field notes and reduction of survey information.  Mr. Horgan has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Regional Planning with a concentration in  Cartography/GIS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

William J. Haye                      Field Surveyor/Party Chief

As a Surveyor at Senate Engineering Company, Mr. Haye is responsible for surveys of all types, keeping field notes and reduction of survey information.  He also serves as a Survey Party Chief when needed.  His background includes more than 20 years experience with over ten years as a Party Chief.

Edward R. Thompson           Field Surveyor/Party Chief

As a Surveyor at Senate Engineering Company, Mr. Thompson is responsible for surveys of all types, keeping field notes and reduction of survey information.  Mr. Thompson is our leading robotic surveyor.  His background includes more than 10 years experience. Mr. Thompson is a graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute with a degree in Specialized Technology.

Richard C. Brion                      Field Surveyor/Party Chief

As a Surveyor at Senate Engineering Company, Mr. Brion is responsible for surveys of all types, keeping field notes and reduction of survey information.  Mr. Brion in his career has worked on major world wide projects.  Mr. Brion periodically handles our out of town projects.  His background includes more than 30 years experience.
