Sealed proposal will be received by Elizabeth Township Sanitary Authority, 2420 Greenock Buena Vista Road, McKeesport, PA  15135 until 11:00 AM and publicly opened and read immediately thereafter on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 for CONTRACT #10-09 - SANITARY SEWER SPOT REPAIR AND LINING consisting of the following:

• Approximately 98 spot repairs (5 ft length) of various pipe diameters;
• Cured-in-place lining for approximately 780 lf of 10-inch diameter pipe, 380 lf of 12-inch diameter pipe and 415 lf of 15-inch diameter pipe
• All other required roadway and lawn restoration and other appurtenant or incidental items.

Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract, Instructions to Bidders and Proposal Forms may be obtained at Senate Engineering Company, U-PARC, 420 William Pitt Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15238 (412)826-5454.  A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 for reproduction and binding of the specifications and plans will be required.

Proposal must be upon the forms furnished by the Elizabeth Township Sanitary Authority and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the form attached to the Contract Documents, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Elizabeth Township Sanitary Authority.  All envelopes containing bid proposal shall be clearly marked “CONTRACT #10-09 -SANITARY SEWER SPOT REPAIR AND LINING”.

The Elizabeth Township Sanitary Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, for any reason whatsoever.
